To get help faster, include:

  • Your order number (format NN-20260918-XXXXXXXX) if you have it.
  • The full name and phone number you used at checkout — enough on its own if the order number is lost.
  • A screenshot of your payment if the question is about a payment.

Common questions

Paid but the status still says pending?
Wait 1–2 minutes and refresh the order page. If it has not changed after 15 minutes, contact the admin with your payment proof.
QRIS code expired?
The order is cancelled automatically. Simply place a new order — no money was taken.
Paid by bank transfer — when is it confirmed?
Our admin checks receipts within 24 hours. The status becomes Paid once verified.
When will my items ship?
Merch ships after the album release. The admin will message you on WhatsApp when your order is on its way.
